Ayant lu des critiques plus que négatives sur l'ancienne appellation "Ramada Inn" nous avons été agréablement surpris. Les chambres sont propres, et remises à neuf. Le petit déjeûner est gratuit, et la piscine accueillante. | ||

We stayed in a King bed suite with our 9 month old. There was plenty of room for him to crawl around. The suites are two adjoining rooms. One room has a pull out couch. The furniture looked relatively new. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. At these prices, we will definitely stay here again. Stopped at this hotel/motel as part of a package on the way to LA, and wasn't sure what to expect as reviews had been pretty bad but it looked like they had done the place up and we were pleasantly surprised. When we got there the hotel was quiet, we had the pool to ourselves which my kids loved - especially as it was over 100 degrees outside. The staff were really helpful, the food in the restaurant was ok, loads of it, and could watch the sun go down over the mountains. We had a great evening in the bar, barman was really friendly. The rooms were fine, coffee making facilities and good choice of tv channels, looked clean too. Only downside was the breakfast on disposable plates. Despite very bad critics until 2006 here on TripAdvisor, this hotel seems to have been refactored. Front desk is young and nice, rooms are clean and silent. Definitely a good place on the way from Grand Canyon to San Diego or LA. Free in-room wifi internet. Complimentary breakfast which was just "ok" with disposable plates and dishes :) My girlfriend and I stayed at the Ramada over the Easter 2004 weekend. Let me start by saying that anyone looking for a quiet relaxing vacation during the warm months in Lake Havasu BE WARNED! Lake Havasu is a fun, party, and sometimes very wild town, however, don't get me wrong the London Bridge is awsome! On the first night of our stay a large group of east coast spring break'ers bacame very loud, and well, drunk! We both looked at each other and planned on a long night. But with much luck the hotel myst have called the Lake Havasu PD who responded and took many of the group to jail, leaving us with a relaxing night. I would stay at the Ramada again in a heart beat. The staff is friendly, rooms are a little over priced, but hey it's the price you pay for fun!! I would like to say all comments are appreciated because it gives us as a hotel an understanding of what we need to do. On July 28th, 2007, we offically converted from the Ramada to the Quality Inn & Suites. The conversion has brought us; New Serta Perfect Sleeper Mattresses, New bedding, and New towels, New 27" TV's, A Free Deluxe Continental B-Fast (which includes eggs, bacon, sausage, and much more.), Free Wireless Internet, and a higher standard of service. I can assure all travelers, that the staff and the quality of this hotel has changed dramaticlly since I started here in April 2006. I hope you will consider us for future stays so you can see the changes we have made. Thank you, Michael T., General Manager Hotel location good, close to London Bridge. Pool & area ok but too hot to sit outside. Room a large size but a tiny bathroom, door almost touched toilet and no room to dry yourself after shower. The room clean but would benefit from some updating. Air conditioning unit extremely noisy but essential due to heat. The whole hotel felt tired and dated. Breakfast good. Stayed here for one night on our way from Anaheim to the Grand Canyon. Although the landing and stair areas looked a bit tatty our room was fine and overlooked the swimming pool. We ate both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. We were very happy with both meals especially as we were given two complimentary breakfasts in our room rate which made this a very good value hotel. Hotel said they have recently been renovated but couldn't really see it, New bedsheets maybe but carpet was old and bathroom looked old, walls seemed really old and not even had a new coat of paint in a while. Called hotel ahead of time to ask pet policy and I specifically asked if pet was allowed to be left alone in room and was told yes 2 times. Upon our arrival we were told no only for dinner and no more than 2 hours which ruined our trip since we had to stay with the dog or take it with us in 119 degree weather!!!! Found coachroaches and crickets in the bathroom area, They advertise free hot breakfast but all they had was cereal, coffee, yogurt, eggs, and sausage and the breakfast hostess were really rude and were always trying to make you hurrry up and leave the area. The pool is not as shown its old and the water is green and murky and there was trash all over the pool area. We had asked for a top floor and for a quiet location and we were placed in a 1st floor facing Hwy 95 and had people partying and being loud until 4AM!!! Overall not happy, restaurant is small and bar area is very small and hardly any place to sit. Probably would only stay there again if I couldn't find another hotel the only thing this hotel has going for them is their location within walking distance to beach and London bridge and the housekeeper tried to make lemonade out of lemons since the rooms are not in good shape. I stayed here July 3-4, 2008. I booked/paid for the hotel through Expedia. However, the front desk guy asked for my credit card and he made a copy of it. I told him that the hotel was paid for through Expedia but he said he needed to make a copy for incidental charges. When I got home I checked my credit card activity and I was upset that the hotel had charged me $99.11. I called them and they looked it up and gave me some lame excuse about how paper work must have gotten mixed up. They credited back the amount on my card. This must be something that the hotel does to all of the guest. If only 5% of the guest don't notice this, then the hotel is still stealing a lot of money from the guests. The hotel itself is fine, clean, and in a good location. But if you stay here, check your credit card activity when you get home. It seems like they are fraudulently overcharging guests on purpose. I honestly don’t understand how there could’ve been a mix up. The hotel had the information indicating that I paid through Expedia. How come mix ups always screw the consumers. How come the hotel didn’t make a paperwork mix up and accidentally give me a free extra night at the hotel?.......hmmm The hotel is like Lake Havasu City - worth avoiding unless you're on Spring Break!! Very little to see or do. Rooms were distinctly average. The free breakfast was disposable - the food as well as the crockery. Go for the cereal!! The only reason we stayed here was our fly-drive forced us to. Stayed on a stop over between San diego and Grand Canyon. Hotel was okay, room was clean. The main probelm is we were put in a room with the door opeing in the corridor between the fron and back. If you get one of these rooms ask to move. The sound of the road echoes all night long. Other than that it had a basic pool and was a short walk away from London bridge and village (very tacky 6 shops and couple of hot dog stands) I would like to say all comments are appreciated because it gives us as a hotel an understanding of what we need to do. Thank you, Michael T., General Manager This hotel was part of a package tour and we were dubious of our stay after reading the reviews. Listen to the reviews they are correct the staff are rude and surly. The rooms stink - even after trying to change rooms they all stink. I don't think the room we were staying in had been vacumed properly as I found the pervious occupants toe nail clippings on the floor - yuk!!!! We left as early as we could in the morning. Please visit our website: www.qualityinn.com/hotel/az292 Truly awful hotel. Very rude staff on reception and grubby sub-standard rooms. Arrived at 5PM and had to wait 15mins for reception to book in one couple before they (2 staff) would serve us. Beds were up on bricks in rooms! Tap did not work in basin. All other hotels on our tour were superb and staff so frriedly but this place was terrible. We could'nt wait to check out which like the check in was very slow I would like to say all comments are appreciated because it gives us as a hotel an understanding of what we need to do. Please visit our website: www.qualityinn.com/hotel/az292 Stayed in this hovel for thankfully only one night in May, I truly have never had such bad service anywhere else! From our 'welcome' at the front desk by the gum chewing girl with the t.shirt on who REALLY didn't want to be moved from her chair to serve us... to the bugs in the dirty swimming pool with grit in the bottom...to the spa with the timer that doesn't work and the lovely little ant nest wildlife all round the rim of the spa...to the room that when I opened the door nearly knocked me off my feet by the stench...I could go on but won't as i'm sure you get the message...appallingly disappointing after all the superb places during the rest of our fortnight travelling. Oh and London Bridge is worth looking at for 5 minutes but it really is the only thing in Lake Havasu so a half hour stay should be enough for anyone.
