When we walked thru the gate and saw the beautiful pool and well kept grounds. The manager Dean was friendly and helpful and when we opened our room it was clean and comfy nice kitchen with everything you need and a TV in the Living room and One in the bedroom . We had been on the road for a week and it was nice that they had a Laundry room. it was 110 that day so we all went swimming in the pool it was great ..If you are looking for a nice place to stay you could do no better then Hidden Palms Resort in Lake Havasu we have stayed at the Nauical Inn , Days Inn , LoundonBridge Resort , Hampton Inn and The Windsor Inn ...This is now our Favorite right price roomy and clean !

5 of 5  Good value for the money, A TripAdvisor Member, Nevada, November 11, 2007

Stayed here one night on way to Phoenix. 2 story property condo investments about 5 minutes from London Bridge. In a combination residential/industrial area. About 10 rooms were in use. Arrived late (about 8 pm). Gated locked security door with room keys inside lockbox (think houses for sale locks on the front door). Needed to enter phone number to access keys to open security door & unit. Typical 1 bedroom apt. amenities. Full kitchen including blender, toaster, dishes, pots, utensils etc. Bedroom was comfortable, even though TV was small (13"). Sitting area had sleeper sofa and second TV. No phone in unit, but cell phone coverage was good. Interior courtyard was pretty. Pool was closed as were gas barbeque grills. Spent a pleasant hour outside sitting on lounge chairs, talking to other guests. Dick the owner is extremely nice and helpful, suggesting easy ways around town to avoid the traffic. Paid $65 including tax for room. Definately worth the price, considering what typical hotels rooms with 1/10 the amenities were going for.

5 of 5  The Perfect Place To Stay, A TripAdvisor Member, January 25, 2006

I have always found Hidden Palms to be very pleasing. My condo is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I have stayed there many times over the years and they have outdone themselves with the remodel, they have new carpet, furniture and new kitchens. It is the ONLY place we stay when we go to Lake Havasu. The courtyard is very nice and we step right outside of our condo to the BBQ and pool. I would definetly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to vacation. I have all of my friends and family stay there as well and we all love it. They even bring out larger tables when we need it! Try it, you won't be sorry! They even have a big boat parking lot!

5 of 5  Great family hotel, A TripAdvisor Member, June 8, 2005

Our family has been visiting this hotel for over 10 years. The owner (Mr. Elewaut) has always made it a priority to keep the family atmosphere here. There is approximately 20 suites on two floors situated around the pool in the courtyard. Each suite has a full kitchen. There are gas barbeques around the pool. The kids really enjoy the pool and it is easy to keep an eye on them. This hotel has a very safe feeling and great boat parking. They are currently completing a renovation of all the suites. Each suite has two tv's. and free local calls. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relax while off the water.

5 of 5  The Place To Stay In Havasu, A TripAdvisor Member, Escondido, CA, May 11, 2004

Definately the best value for your dollar. Clean, safe and fun. A great place for kids. The owner Dick is a heck of a nice guy! Our #1 place to stay in Havasu

5 of 5  Great family place, A TripAdvisor Member, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, April 26, 2004

We have been staying at the Hidden Palms periodically for years. It is the perfect family location with a swimming pool, barbeques, a full kitchen in all suites, and plenty of boat parking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you want to have a place close to the lake, but away from the party admosphere of havasu this is the place for you.

5 of 5  Fabulous family atmosphere, A TripAdvisor Member, Long Island NY, April 12, 2004

We recently took a last minute detour between the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. We wanted to see the London Bridge and needed a place to unwind in-between our big stops. This little inn was perfect. Clean, with a protected courtyard pool for the kids just outside our door. The rooms had enough space and a full kitchen so we could avoid going to a restaurant for a few meals. www.hiddenpalms.com The rental contract strongly discourages spring break party types and from what we can tell is enforced.

4 of 5  Very clean, and quiet at a decent price, A TripAdvisor Member, St. Louis, MO, September 14, 2008

I stayed for over a month, working nights and could sleep just fine during the day. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The units have a full kitchen with all the kitchen wear. It is located up from the lake with grocery stores and department stores with in a couple of blocks. The monthly price was very reasonable. If ever I should retun to this area again I will most certainly stay here again.

4 of 5  Very nice place!, A TripAdvisor Member, Colorado, January 24, 2008

I read the reviews and stayed here on business. It was a really nice place: I was surprised at the quality and size of the apartment, and the proprietor was helpful and friendly. The place is ideal if you like a quiet, clean, friendly place, which can be really hard in this town. Would definitely stay here again.

4 of 5  Great value for the money, A TripAdvisor Member, Apple Valley, Ca, December 23, 2007

As the other reviews have stated it REALLY is a great value for the money. The room was clean and spacious, stayed with my 2 children. Since I was only staying 1 night, I needed some place that I could feel safe but relatively inexpensive. This offered both. I would definitely stay here again. It is just like having your own apartment, it comes fully stocked w/dishes, silverware & the like.

4 of 5  good for familes, A TripAdvisor Member, San Clemente, CA, April 22, 2006

Stayed on our way to Grand Canyon. Looks like a dive from the outside (2 story square pink building with small windows) perhaps a mile from the lake. Good value with a kitchen and living room. Inner courtyard with pool. Close to stores.

4 of 5  Family Fun, A TripAdvisor Member, Stafford, April 4, 2006

Good accomodation, plenty of room,7yr old loved the outdoor heated pool which was 86 degrees. We had a 1 bedroom suite, with huge fridge, full size cooker. Will stay again when passing through.

4 of 5  Spacious condo style suite, A TripAdvisor Member, Salem, OR, August 28, 2005

The pros: comfy furniture & beds, sofa bed was ok, spacious room, double vanity, kitchen nicely supplied, pool looked nice (closed early).

The cons: no telephone (facility being converted to private condo's), dishwasher broken, no paper towels or napkins in kitchen.

Overall, a good place.

4 of 5  Nice, Clean, Convenient and Friendly, A TripAdvisor Member, Palm Springs, CA, July 9, 2005

Always stayed at Nautical Inn to be on the lake, but got tired of the rundown rooms and disinterested staff. Switched to Holiday Inn but got fed up with the partiers. A friend recommended Hidden Palms on Swanson Avenue, which is just up the road from Rotary Park and close to several markets. Dick and Jamie at the front desk are so nice and accommodating plus the apartment-style suite is comfortable and sparkling clean. We don't need or expect luxury in Havasu, but this hotel comes close with the nicely furnished living room, modern kitchen, bath and bedroom, new TVs, a lovely pool area with gas BBQ, laundry facilities and boat parking! My teenagers love this place so we return several times each year. We especially love to stay here in the Fall when the lake crowd thins out and hotels quiet down. It is so peaceful floating on the pool under the stars. Just talking about it makes me want to go back! Recommend Hidden Palms to all my friends.

4 of 5  Family place, A TripAdvisor Member, Heidelberg, Germany, June 18, 2004

I did not believe these many reviews in tripadvisor for this little place but we went there for a night - I should have stood longer!

Not only at Lake Havasu but also at Hidden palms. The place is not very new, neither does it look from the outside as something special. They have a nice pool in the middle and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The suites are of equivalent size, well equipped with full kitchen etc. Everything works even though it is not new. Its a real family place. You can swim, grill or just sit at pool and talk to the other people. Simply a very nice place to stay!

Lake Havasu itself is a crazy place filled up with boat maniacs - you have to see that and take part in the crazy boat parties under the wonderful blue sky of Arizona - we went out that night to a Mexican restaurant near London Bridge and got lots of wonderful tasting food for a great price. I really recommend Lake Havasu City!

3 of 5  Comfortable Condos, A TripAdvisor Member, London, August 30, 2005

Stayed here with my wife for one night recently and that was enough. Whilst there is nothing that stands out as being particularly wrong with the property, there is nothing outstandingly good about it either. It's fine. Very spacious clean apartments with the facility to cook if you need it. Try to request a condo which doesn't look out onto the road, there are better views than this. The pool was good but the sunbeds retained the heat so much you could barely sit on them. The pool could have done with a clean. I do wonder whether the decision to sell the condos one by one has resulted in a slight dip in standards, something to watch out for in my opinion.
