Americas Best Value Inn Lake Havasu

:-) We have stayed here about 5-7 times. Compared to other places, this is great. It is clean and simple. Has a nice pool. Staff is very respectful of those deserving their respect. It is very well managed and a loud crowd is not tolerated which is great after a long day in the water. Especially on a Holiday weekend when you have already had enough noise for the day. There could be additional parking for boat accomodations.

Excellant location, price and stay.

Great little motel in Lake Havasu City. Close to everything (walking distance to the bridge). Great restaurant across the street (Cha Bones). The owner is on site and available. The rooms are basic and clean. There is a small pool no Jacuzzi :-( and parking both in the alley and in the parking lot for boats. I have stayed here many times over the past couple of years and I have never been disappointed. For the price, it’s a great motel.

We , My wife and I, have had the pleasure to stay at the Bridgeview Motel several times over the last 5 years. It is very close to most london Bridge attractions, offers swimming pool, Staff has been very nice,clean rooms and a great price for the location. Plan to return this March again.H&B Williams

Second year that we stayed at the Bridgeview, we stayed for 4 days this year and have no complaints. It's close to the public beach and to London Bridge and is close walking distance to everything else. Would be nice if they had fridges to keep the beer cold!

Nothing fance, just a nice place to stay. Just what you need...bed and bath AND at a reasonable price.

Have stayed at the Bridgeview at least 15 times over the years. Property kept clean. Very minimal rooms but worth the cheap price. Was not notified on the last stay about the pool being rehabed so felt I was charged basic rate with no discount. Other than that we enjoy the place.

Good location overlooking the lake and cheap, but this is a very basic motel, and the bedsheets were stained. As a one night stop this was adequate, but nothing more.

I bought this property in october 2005 when it was still the Bridgeview Motel..Since then I have done extensive renovations and it is now a AAA approved Americas Best Value Inn Franchise member.

All the reviews posted are prior to all these events and I feel do not represent the new property and management
