Just came back from a 3 night stay in Paris, at TimHotel Jardin des Plantes. The location is great, opposite of the botanical gardens, and about 10 minute walk to the Notre Dame and the Pantheon. If you want, you can also take the Metro (Jussieu), which is about 3 minutes away. We walked and preferred that to the metro! The room (number 14) was rather small, but I guess that's normal in Paris' hotels. It was very convenient though. It was quiet, maybe because we were not facing the street. Nice little bathroom, with a small bathtub and nice warm shower. Great to relax your poor muscles after a long day! The toilet was separate in the room. Very nice. The towels and room were cleaned every day. The room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok. It provided everything you needed. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I thought it was a perfect base to discover Paris. Latin Quarter is very nice too! Easy to find, fantastic location in Latin Quarter near city centre. Friendly, attentive staff and good quality for price paid when booking directly on Timhotel website. We were lucky enough to stay in room 37 and the view (although somewhat noisy from traffic) of the gardens and fountain was fab! We'll definitely be booking this establishment again. Located just 1 min walk from the Metro and opposite the lovely jardin des plantes and the natural history museum. Loads of great little cafes and restaurants nearby all reasonably priced! Also just 2 streets away is the lovely Rue Moufftard with its market. Hotel is about 20 mins walk to Notre Dame. Yes the room was small but how long do you spend in your room on holiday?! Breakfast was lovely - baguettes, mini croissants, pain au chocolate, danish pastries, toast, with jam, butter, cheese, honey etc plus yoghurts, cereal, tea, coffee, hot choc. Reception staff very friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and room was cleaned every day, towels replaced and beds made. I would def stay here again! We stayed here in May 2007. Great location..far enough out of the junky Latin Quarter and tourist area but close enough to get to all of the sights. Our room was small but ample space for everything we needed. Street room, facing the gardens, new windows that were sound proof and security locks. The bathroom looked brand new and had incredible water pressure! Employees were all EXTREMELY accomodating and helpful. They even found a floor fan for us when we needed some extra air. NOTE: the AC is not turned on unitl JUNE. We skipped the hotel restaurant and ate at several of the little sandwich shops and cafes right on the street and were delighted with each at half the price! Myself and 7 other friends stayed at this hotel at the end of Jan. This is my 6th visit to Paris and I have to say that this was the best location so far. We had 4 rooms between us and each room was great. We all thought it was great value for money and for a 2 star the facilities were brilliant, including a nice continental breakfast. A safe area (for an all female group) with lots of little nice restaurants around Place Monge and Contrescarpe. The mosque tea room was within a 5 minute stroll. The staff were so kind and helpful and happy!! A first for Paris. Check out the lovely lounge in the basement. A great quiet hotel within striking distance of a great area. Some of my party have booked to return already. We stayed for 10 nights at this hotel. Our room, 45, facing the street was small - the norm in Paris - but clean and comfortable. Our Jardin des Plantes view was great. The bathroom was bigger than we expected. The shower was very good. At night, the room was so quiet. We booked the breakfast in our price and it was a good surprise: four kind of bread, orange juice, coffee, milk, tea, croissants, granola, honey, butter, ementhal and camembert cheese, two yogurts and you could have as much as you liked. Cheaper than the Cafes around - 5 or 6 Euros - for a coffee and a croissant only. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Especially Imed. He booked tours, restaurants and gave us some information about places, shops, the best way to go etc. He knows how to receive guests with polite attention and total assistance. The neighboorhood is a very quiet part of the Latin Quartier. The Arenes and Metro Jussieu a 3 min. walking. In the front of the hotel, the marvellous Jardin des Plantes and Paris Museum of National History. A lot of bakeries, patisseries, cafes, cybercafes, bistros around. Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, The Louvre 15 min.walking. In a 15 minutes walking also you are in the Luxembourg Gardens and Saint Germain-des-Pres, the most charming quartier in Paris. Paris is a city to walk. While we are walking we discovered three cheap and superb restaurants: Lou Pescadou in St.Germain-de-Pres; LÉpicerie, Montorgueil Street and Le Potager du Pére Thierry, in Montmartre, near The Sacre Coeur. We loved these places. We loved Paris. We definitely reccomend this hotel and we would stay here again. When every other place was booked, these fine people had room for me! The hotel is within slow and casual walking distance from Notre Dame (15 min), the Louve (35 min). The St. Germain area is at your fingertips! The Eiffel Tower, Arch de Triomphe, The Opera and Champs de Elyesees are ALSO within walking distance and I'm 60 years old! The people at this hotel, IMED and VERONIQUE as well as the rest of the staff are 1st class!!!! They are friendly, and will do whatever they can to assist you! I mean that!! The rooms are small, but this should not deter you. If you need a place to stay and help with tours, travel to the airport (CDG) or ANY help or information, this is the place! I was cancelled twice by a local tour company and the hotel finally arranged a tour and PAID for it for me! This was something that I did not expect, I'm easygoing and stuff happens, but the hotel staff took it personally and provided an EXCELLENT private tour for me! What else could one expect? I was falbergasted!!! They have a very nice breakfast! They are very nice and fun people and I highly recommend this hotel and it's people. I want to thank them here for ALL their help, friendliness and assistance! THANK YOU IMED AND VERONIQUE AND THE ENTIRE STAFF!!!! For what it's worth....I am familiar with Paris and there are a lot of good hotels and friendly staff, however, the staff at this hotel have been exceedingly helpful and friendly and I encourage you to consider them if this is the area of Paris you desire. Also, sometimes, my old feet and legs were just worn out, since I try to overdo everything. With my familiarity of Paris, and the several occasions that I've used Taxi's, I NEVER found one who trid to take advantage of me. I know my way and so did they and I have no problem using a taxi in Paris! The TimHotel was totally decent - an excellent find at about $100/night. Near two subway lines and a beautiful garden, as well as the Mosquee de Paris (great for a midday cup of mint tea in the courtyard) and within easy walking distance to the Seine, student areas and many other things. The rooms and bathroom were spotless, and had everything I could want for our limited time in the rooms - a nice shower, closet, desk, etc. Free wireless was nice too. Two issues: though we'd booked a full bed, we received two separately made up twin beds pushed together, and the walls are pretty thin (though I have no major complaints). But anyway, I'd recommend this for anyone who would rather spend money on food than accommodations. I was pleasently suprized to find my room overlooking the courtyard from the 4th floor, away from the busy street. Bird song in the morning, locals busteling in their kitchens in the evening, a tree growing out of the adjacent courtyard wall! Very pétit - elevator fits two with no luggage, narrow halls you can reach both walls, steep stairs for the agile. Would not rcommend for wheelchair users. Room and bath were clean. Computer time very expensive - use net café just down the street. The best thing was the 5th floor roof top terrasse for a quiet rest. Be observant that a roof top room may be occupied. I'll keep this review short. This hotel is great, friendly, perfectly located next to the picturesque Jardin des Plantes (go see the menagerie - it's a great little mini-zoo and only a few euros to get in!) It's about 10 minutes walk to the best of the south bank attractions and only a minute from the local Metro station. For the traveller on a budget, I have not found a better hotel in Paris. As a regular visitor, I'll be using these guys again! Good location, small but adequate, clean decent bathroom. During our stay my travelling companion was taken ill late at night. The staff were superb, helping to organise medical help and after a night and day in hospital allowed us to delay check out time to rest and shower etc. Excellent hotel. Very good location just a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station. Situated directly opposite Jardin Des Plantes in a quite street. Very friendly helpful staff and one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. Would definately recommend this hotel. After looking at several hotels through screenscraper sites, tripadvisor reviews really helped me decide on this hotel, and I wasn't disappointed. The hotel was an excellent budget hotel, and we were struck by the cleanliness of the rooms. The twin beds were very comfortable and the shower/bath clean and hot. Breakfast provided everything basic one would expect from a continental french breakfast. The location is particularly brilliant, with only a 5 minute walk to Jussieu metro station, and only a 15 minute walk to Notre Dame/Quartier Latin. There is also a lovely pasta restaurant just around the corner on rue Lacepede (Le Jardin des Pates) which was particularly lovely. Great wee budget hotel. Good quality budget hotel in quiet location. Suprisingly large room for Paris, we were given a triple for 2 of us. Keep your eye out for the new on street bike hire that has been introduced around Paris, there's a pick-up location to the right of the hotel as you leave. A brilliant way to get around the city, especially as the train and metro drivers were on strike when we visited. Budget hotel it's true, but very good for it. Location: I liked the quiet of the street and being opposite the garden, didn't try the local ethnic eateries as there is a fantastic little quatier round the corner which is really really vibrant, in fact I picked the hotel for it being close and yet not on top of one of my favorite areas when I was a student in Paris, and it's only changed for the better (no cars at certain times). When in Paris just wander up and down streets that look interesting. Room: All we needed for the weekend, a bit small if we were spending more time, and for a hot weekend it was nice and cool. Very good. Staff: Friendly and attentive, even let me bluster through in my now rusty French, but I knew they would have been just as kind had I spoken English. Didn't have Breakfast so I couldn't comment Conveniently situated boutique hotel within easy walking distance of both the metro and a major train station if you want to get to Versailles. The area is fairly quiet at night and right opposite the pretty botanical gardens. Plenty of shops and small restaurants in the area. Also close to a Batobus river boat stop on the Seine. The reception staff were all friendly and spoke English well. The lift is extremely small but modern. The room was also very small but comfortable and clean with a view of the gardens. Bathroom was minute but adequate. The air-conditioning was quiet and efficient. It seems there are slightly bigger rooms available; ask for one when booking. The breakfast was basic but plentiful. The only negatives were expensive internet access (5 euro for 15 minutes; but there is an excellent Internet cafe 50 metres down the road which is much cheaper). One also has to pay 4 euro per day for access to a safe deposit box. There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. There is a nice lounge below reception. Booked this hotel for 2 days via Eurostar. Personnel speak English, which is very useful in Paris. Rooms are clean. Room has double size bed + small TV. Bathrooms have free shampoo and hair dryer. Located very conveniently - not far from the Centre but away from busy tourist streets. 100 meters from metro. A lot of restaurants in 10 minutes walking distance. Can't comment breakfast as we did not take one - preferred to eat outside. If you are in Paris for fun and do not want to pay a lot for luxury room, but still be in the centre - go for this hotel. Picked at random on the Eurostar website we had no idea what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised, the hotel was in a nice area, clean and very friendly staff. A 15 min walk had us in the centre of the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame etc. great location. The reception area was being refurbed but it was not a problem. Breakfasts were good. Overall our stay was great, would definitely go back again. Chris & Carol Jones, Kent Stayed for 2 nights (booked via Eurostar) and was pleased with location. Notre Dame is an easy walk and although there are plenty of bars/restaurants near the hotel it is quiet at night. The hotel is literally opposite the entrance to the Jardin Des Plantes. Our room was pretty small but adequate and there was plenty of hot water and a powerful shower + bath tub. Breakfast was pretty good - about 8/9 euro each but you could have as much as you liked. The only thing I'd say about the rooms was that the walls were very thin - you could hear the conversation the people next door were having! Other than that it was a good budget option. Stayed here for 4 nights 2 weeks ago. Excellent location if you want to be close to the latin quater. I did pay the 20 euro supplement per night for the superior room, which has been refurbished and has got a/c, so I can't comment on the standard rooms. Staff were very helpful. Room was small but very clean and nicely decorated. Lovely french windows with a view over Rue Linne and the entrance to the botanical gardens. Good value for money, with a lovely little roof terrace to enjoy a beer on. I would recommend it if you are looking for a convenient location, clean rooms and it's also only a 2 minute walk to Jussieu metro station. I would definitely stay there again. Spent 4 nights at the Timhotel Jardin des Plantes - returning 3/8/2005. Had a great time in Paris and was amazed at how friendly everyone was, starting with the staff at the Jardin des Plantes Timhotel. Very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Rooms are small, as is expected in Paris. Elevator barely accommodated a single person, also as one would expect. Room was very clean, well appointed, and quiet (we were not facing the street). However, rue Linne is fairly quiet, so I doubt there would be much noise anywhere. If you're staying here is follows that you may be looking to watch costs. In that case, skip the hotel breakfast. It is around 8 euros and you can do much better elsewhere. It was convenient in the morning to just walk downstairs though. And if you drink more than 1 cup of coffee in the morning it might be worth the price. Location is good, with the rue Monge metro station less than 5 minute walk. It is a bit quiet. Restaurants are a short walk away - but not too many very close by. This is not the right choice if you are a "high needs" or "high maintenance" guest. At around 80 euros a night you shouldn't expect perfection. A friendly staff, clean room, and central location are what you get. I would not hesitate to stay here again. This cute hotel was a wonderful place to spend 4 days. The people were friendly, it was easy to find and had a wonderful view of Jardin des Plantes. I would reccomend even my mother to stay there! Stayed twice at this hotel, first time when it was family-owned and second time after being acquired by Timhotel chain. Since takeover by Timhotel, rooms have been upgraded with new furnishings and bedding, but still no a/c. While the hotel is located across the street from the Jardin Des Plantes, be prepared to hike to other Left Bank sights/attractions. Nearest Metro stop is Jussieu, a long block away. Try to reserve either of the top floor rooms (most expensive) for easy access to the roof-top patio, a great place for early evening drinks or sunbathing (the backside room has a glass slider door opening right onto the patio/the frontside room faces onto the street and can be noisy with the windows open). The lift is Parisian micro and just about holds 2 people and 1 travel bag. We have stayed at the Jardin Des Plantes numerous times and find it satisfactory in every way for a moderately priced hotel in Paris. Reserve the top floor rooms for easier access to the terrace which is a great place for a late afternoon beverage. I stayed at the hotel twice - the first time about 9 years ago. It was a sweet little hotel with a nice staff, in a great location (a little noisy but I solved that by asking for a quiet room, which I got) at a great price. I stayed there again last year and its improved since my last stay. Its been bought out by Timhotel and the rooms have been renovated. They serve a wonderful breakfast (large by Paris standards). I think its one of the best deals in the Latin Quarter, and I've stayed at more than a few hotels in Paris. My husband & I and our 5 yr old daughter stayed on the Easter weekend as we wanted to do the sightseeing and Eurodisney. It was perfect for our needs. Clean bathroom and beds. Never mind the negative reviews. You know you get what you pay for. OK it isnt 5 star but we wanted a budget break as theres the summer holidays coming up. Safe area. Near Metro. One metro from 50m away to Chatelet and then straight to Eurodisney. E396 for 3 people for 4 nights. You cant beat that with a stick :-) Arrived here for two nights as our original hotel, BW Quartier Latin five minutes away, claimed to be overbooked and decanted us out for first part of stay. Hotel seemed surprised to see us despite having been 'phone by BWQL ten minutes earlier. Couldn't check-in until 2PM, though original hotel had noon check-in. This meant two more hours walking the streets. Supposedly a superior room as BWQL were paying, but no way of verifying this. Given breakfast at BWQL expense as well. Room basic, but clean and functional. Staff friendly, but tried to charge us for stay, until reminded that bill would be picked-up by BWQL. Breakfast perfectly acceptable. When we arrived, we discovered the hotel was covered in scaffolding and green netting. Our room was at the front, and although there was scaffolding there, there never were any builders or workmen there during our stay. The hotel was average for Paris, the room was pretty normal and comfortable but the bathroom was a bit small. It was only about 30mins walk from the centre of Paris and it was a nice walk to make in the morning and in the evening. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there were several small cafe's at the end of the Rue Mouffetard(nearby the hotel) in which we ate in some mornings. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and were always at the reception desk in the evenings and mornings when we wanted to leave our key. Stayed in room 21 for 5 nights in September. This room at the back of the hotel was typally small as you expect in Paris. There's something nice about a small room, you can reach everything from bed! A/C worked well, I liked the bath as well as the shower to ease the aching muscles after walking all day. Location is very good, just 3min. walk from Jusseau metro. Buffet breakfast was very good with choice of cereals, yoghurt, toast and croissants. Staff were friendly and spoke good english. Only disappointment was that there was no fridge in the room, its nice to have a cold drink to come home to. Last year I stayed at the Antin Trinite near the Opers Garnier, which is also a great location and at around £20 per night cheaper is probably a better opiton. We stayed at this hotel because it was one a select few in the Quartier Latin that was available with our Credit Card's rewards points. Unfortunately once we arrived, we discovered that it is a little far removed from the Quartier Latin center St Germain De Pres. It is though, very conveniently located to the Metro station, about one block. We found the area to be very quite, almost like a ghost town after around 11:00 PM. There are a few ethic restaurants near by that sell gyros and other Mediterranean dishes. The staff all speak English, and are very polite. The rooms are small, but clean. The bathroom however, were the smallest we had ever been in. I had a very hard time sitting down on the toilet. The bath faucet is set up for a shower. We had a lot of fun trying to shower with one had, while the other held the water faucet; makes for some interesting shampooing. Overall, this is a No Frills Budget hotel. With an emphasis on Budget. The good news is that it is clean. If you are use to budget accommodations, you will probably cozy up to this hotel. My wife and I enjoyed lounging in the basement, which is set up almost like a cave. Stay away from the mediocre breakfast. You can do better just down the street. Great location, Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Rooms were a bit dark. This is a good little boutique hotel within metres of the metro, and within walking distance to Notre Dame (15-20 minutes) and the Louvre. Plain decor, but clean comfortable (small) rooms, with absolutely tiny elevator. Good value for money, though if you're not much of a walker, try a hotel on a more central metro line to avoid changing trains and walking through the maze of tunnels to the next platform..Staff are friendly, speak a little English, but accomodating and helpful to polite tourists. If you're after a hotel in a quiet neighborhood, this is a good one - no nightspots, and a handful of nice little restaurants nearby. My fiance and I booked a last minute weekend in Paris and arrived Friday for 3 nights at the TimHotel JDP via the Eurostar from London. First of all, it was a 13 Euro cab ride from the Gare du Nord to the hotel. The location is on a quiet street with a few shops and restaurants, very close to Metro and directly across the street from the museum of Natural History and the Jardin des Plantes. Thepark is a great spot for a picnic or short walk. While you could hardly swing a cat in the room, the accommodations were cozy. We were in room 32 which is designated as a superior room that includes AC. I will say that the housekeeping service was excellent and the room generally quiet and a good place to rest. The air conditioning worked perfectly. We did have some problems with a sticky door handle and the shutter doors looking on to the patio did not latch properly. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. No comment there. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and provided good directions and restaurant recommendations as required. Overall, the TimHotel JDP provides a good base to explore Paris. Very basic accommodation at a reasonable price. I´ve been to Paris twice and I think that there are no good hotels at reasonable prices, specially for those who live in South America like me. Taking this into account, the Timhotel Jardin des Plants is an average Paris 2-star hotel: tiny and basic rooms, long corridors and uncofortable lifts. However, this hotel has its good points too. The coffe shop in the ground floor is quite charming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is quite good, in the Quartier Latin and in a nice road, a few minutes from Jussieu metro station, but its quite far away from anything. Notre Dame, maybe the nearest major attraction, is about 15 min walk away. Anyway, there are some interesting places within walking distance, like Boulevard St Michele and Boulevard St Germain. Paris is probably the most wonderful city on Earth, but I recommend staying on the Rive Droite, in the 8eme or 1ére arrondisments. This hotel wasn't much, everything was small. I would never stay at this place if it was in the USA. I have heard that hotels are notoriously small in Paris, and this was. The staff was alright and the breakfast was also alright. Breakfast is not included and they don't tell you that upfront. It's better to skip breakfast and eat at a cute brassiere nearby. The location was good. It was a bit of a walk from the train station, but not a problem. It's close to Notre Dame and lots of great restaurants in the Latin Quarter. We stayed at the timhotel april 2004. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The location and surroundings are good. Only problem: Never saw that small rooms! You dont will find any place to open your suitcase! We stayed at the Timhotel Jardin d. Plantes in Fall, 2000 because it seemed to be a good value (prices have gone up since then.) Unless they have done major renovations, the hotel is not a particularly good deal. We had to sleep with all the windows open (hot September, no A/C), which was no big deal except all night long there were motorcycles blaring up and down the street. The room (nonsmoking) reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Only good feature is the location - close to some very good bakeries and the Jardin d. Plantes garden is a nice place to walk in the morning. Of course, Paris seems to have good bakeries and beautiful parks in every part of town, so wouldn't go out of your way to stay here. :) PS. Parigi è surrealmente bella.

Have just returned from four nights here on a trip to Paris to celebrate our 30th anniversary. It scored well on price, especially as the (quiet) location proved very convenient for everything we wanted to see (not least because the Metro is just at the other end of the short Rue Linne). But it was otherwise pretty underwhelming, mainly because the room, while perfectly clean and functional, was too small for anything other than sleeping in. Apart from a tiny wardrobe there was no storage space, and there was so little space around the bed that we needed to be contortionists to get changed! The walls were also so thin that when someone knocked on a neighbour's door we nearly answered it ourselves. On the positive side, it was lovely to have a bath with continuous hot water, as well as the 'over' shower and a separate WC (albeit no bigger than those you'd find on a small aircraft!). The air con was very effective, though noisy. We also found the staff friendly. One last gripe, though, is that the breakfast was lousy. The room simply isn't big enough, so it was a lottery whether you'd find a seat, and the limited choice of baked offerings was not of the standard we've come to expect from the most basic French cafe - rubbery croissants and rolls. Even though it was in the price we skipped it on two of the four mornings and breakfasted elsewhere. PS: Construction work is still in progress. We were looking forward to our stay after reading lots of good reviews of this hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel neglected to inform us that the property is being worked on. The entire hotel is covered with scaffolding and netting, except for the back, and you will be woken up by loud construction noise and hear it throughout the day and early evening. Upon check-in, we asked about moving but there were no rooms on the back. The staff would not give us any information on how loud it would be and did not show much concern at all. Our room was on the front overlooking the park on the 4th floor. The room size was good. The hairdryer is terrible. There is a neat rooftop terrace area. The view should have been great, but you could not see through the green netting on the scaffolding. You could not open your curtains because workers were walking right next to your window. We were disappointed in our stay. We would have moved hotels, but we arrived in the evening and having never been to Paris before we weren't sure where to go. I think the staff should have been more forthcoming in details on the construction when asked and that we should have been notified before arriving. We never would have stayed knowing that we would be impacted by construction. A good location, friendly staff, good breakfast, but a major problem. We killed over 50 bedbugs the second night and about 30 the third- bloody ones, meaning our blood! Staff couldn't help (overbooked) and seemed to treat the matter lighter than we would. We had lights on the last night and still they found us. My wife wouldn't return so we stayed at CDG. Photos if you want them. I have spent one week in this hotel Last year and it was a wonderfull stay! But it's not anymore the same hotel! so dirty, unfriendly and very expensive! The toilets was durty, we smell the... s....in the beakfast saloon and the reception ( a young lady) was so unfair to explain why we couldn't use the toilet. I'll never go back there! We have been regular visitors to Paris for over 30 years and this is the worst hotel we have ever experienced in all our visits. The room was grotty. The kind of place you don't look too hard in the corners! The lift is like a converted cupboard which barely holds two passengers. Overall the hotel is dingy and unwelcoming. With one exception the staff were extremely unfriendly, unhelpful and aloof. We had a stand up argument with the receptionist , which lasted over 15 minutes, before he would give us one extra pillow! Definitely not the kind of hotel you want to go on holiday or business. We definitely won't be back. My wife and 14 year old daughter made a reservation in May for three nights beginning today, July 6. She received two email confirmations of her booking. Today (after traveling all night from the United States) when she arrived they claimed they did not have her reservation and she would have to stay elsewhere. They claimed the two hard copy confirmations which were presented to them by my wife were "lies." Then they "found" a room for tonight, but still nothing for the other two nights. They would not help her find other accomodations. Very rude. My wife presented her credit card for tonight, went up to the room, called me, and I went online and found her another hotel several blocks away. She went back downstairs, told them she found another hotel with a room for all three nights, and requested no charge for the 15 minutes she spent in the room (did nothing except call me). They refused and said she would be charged for the night. She left the hotel and went to the alternative hotel which I had found for her. Under the circumstances, we will dispute the charge . The hotel can not be trusted to honor reservations or to help if in fact there is a problem. The room stank of stale smoke, and the desk/writing surface had sticky material on it clearly showing it had not been cleaned. The heating did not work properly. Ascensore rumorosissima fino a tarda notte, stanza altrettanto rumorosa (pareti sottilissime) nonostante fosse all'interno. .
