Holiday Inn Beachwood

In july my friend and i went to Cleveland ohio to see rascal flatts (which was amazing) and on our way down we found this place, and checked in immediately! the service was friendly, and the nightly rate was very reasonable. beside reception they have a little market with drinks and snacks and toiletries, all at prices that you pay at your local drug store. The suites had 2 queen size beds with about 5 pillows on each and probably one of the most comfortable matresses you will find at a hotel. The decor in the room was very modern, and all modern fittings, including a large flat screen and speakers to play your iPod or Mp3 player. overall very impressed with this place and would stay there in a heartbeat. later this year there is going to be a large outdoor water area including a large slide. a definate 5 out of 5

Great for the business traveler. Clean, updated and professional staff. My only complaint was the orange desk chair was not comfortable. As a frequent business traveler you appreciate a comfortable stay. I will stay here again.

We went to Cleveland for a weekend getaway and picked the Fairfield Inn because we didnt want to stay downtown. They have done a beautiful job of remodeling this hotel. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and welcoming. I didnt "love" the colors in the hallway but it was all coordinated well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The deskclerks were accomodating. The room itself was spacious and bright. There was a large flat panel tv. There were only 2 problems I had with the room. 1. The bathroom sink cabinet is beautiful but the height and depth of it made it somewhat uncomfortable for me since I am just over 5 feet tall. 2. The room appeared very clean but I found used soap and a shampoo container on the shelf in the shower. This is a nonsmoking hotel which wasnt a problem for me but might be for some. They have signs that they will impose a $250 fee if they feel a guest smoked in the room. The free breakfast buffet had a lot of variety from fruit to waffles and microwave breakfast sandwiches. The 2 male attendants kept everything well stocked. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel re-opened in May after complete renovation. Rooms were brand new and extremely clean. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Great hot breakfast with very attentive staff. Great place if you are on business or with family. Will definately come back!

This hotel is newly renovated. My original reservation was at the Courtyard across the street. They didn't greet me properly so I checked out and went across the street. They didn't give me a upgrade for my rewards status or acknowledge my membership level. I am so happy I changed.

The hotel is connected to Houlihans if you are looking for food. The breakfast is continental but there are plenty of eats in the neighborhood. Corky & Lennys is a good bet.

I got a suite that was less expensive than the regular room at the Courtyard. The room had 2 separate rooms (living room and bedroom) Bathroom was very nice and the kitchen area had a fridge so I could store midnight snacks from breakfast.
