I've stayed in several casino resort hotels and this one was the best. We were actually here off-season for a conference, so the rate was relatively low. The rooms on the top floor were excellent... Don't be fooled by the apparently low nightly rates for this hotel. Although the room was spacious and decently appointed vs. the competition, the bed and pillows were low-quality and gave us both... I looked at the resort's website prior to my arrival and it looked beautiful! I booked a 5 night stay and was very excited. It looked like an upscale resort. The difficulty began when I walked... First off, don't ask for a change in your bed preference at check-in or you'll get the room from "hell". Being an IPerfer member here has no merit whatsoever. Everything was going fine until the... We stayed at the Grand Sierra courtesy Delta (our flight was cancelled), and the hotel was nice enough. Check in was long - not enough desk staff to accomodate large crowds, so it took 30 minutes...
