Firstly, this is most definitely not a three star hotel - more like a one star. This hotel is situated on a main road and the noise from the traffic at night was almost intolerable. The hotel is... would say a couple of things, (i) is is in a crummy part of town (although reasonably central)(ii) rooms are very hit and miss....we were initially put in a small, dirty-ish room, but after one... My room was next door to reception (no. 18) and for the four days that I stayed there I did not sleep a wink. The traffic noise is really bad at night and the electronic buzzer to allow people... This hotel is located approx 10 minutes from the nearest Metro station which is Manzini and in a not-so-good area which although safe to walk through, is covered in graffiti and rubbish which makes... Called the hotel for directions from the train, was told to take the tram. We asked several italians where the tram was - tram - they don't understand that word so it was challenging.
